I use prefolds because we get them through a diaper service, but we had a horrible time with covers. Now we use Alva pocket diapers, but just lay a trifolded prefold in it instead of using the insert. Overnight, I stuff the pocket with one of their microfiber inserts as well as use the prefold, for max absorption. No leaks with this method!
